Hope you're doing well!
We are currently hiring for a Project Analyst on a 12 months, renewable contract (extension is subject to project requirement and performance). You will work as a PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst to help plan and manage the rollout of IT systems for a new healthcare facility (AH-IGH).
Key Responsibilities
- Gather & Review Needs: Collect IT requirements and review submissions from tech teams.
- Funding & Approvals: Prepare slides and paperwork to get funding and official approval.
- Track Progress: Ensure the project stays on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage Risks: Spot potential problems early and update management regularly.
- Coordinate Teams: Act as the bridge between business users, tech teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- Overall IT Experience: 5 to 6 years working on IT systems.
- Healthcare IT: 1 to 5 years specifically in a healthcare setting.
- Certification: PMP (or similar project management certification) is preferred.
