Develop, refine, and implement standardized PMO frameworks to streamline cross-departmental workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure consistent execution.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to support contract documentation (e.g., Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work) and align business deliverables with client requirements and expectations.
Oversee business-critical AP and AR processes, including invoicing coordination, and vendor payment management ensure compliance with financial policies and external regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the PMO team set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify process inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in PMO leadership, with a proven track record of overseeing cross-functional projects (preferably in client service, business operations, or related industries).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables etc.)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mature, self-driven, and results-oriented able to work independently and lead teams to achieve business goals.
