Job Description
Role Purpose
Drive financial tracking, governance, executive reporting, and operational administration to support the delivery of digital transformation projects across Asia.
Core Responsibilities
- Financials & Vendors: Track portfolio budgets, monitor project spend, process vendor invoices, and manage contracts and purchase orders.
- Governance & PMO: Build executive PowerPoint decks and dashboards, run governance forums, and track project action items to closure.
- Operations & Admin: Support workforce planning and onboarding, organize team cadence/logistics, and assist leadership with ad-hoc strategic tasks.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 6–8 years in PMO, Business Operations, or Project Coordination (Banking/Wealth Management industry).
- Tech Skills: Advanced Excel (budgeting/financial tracking) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Skills: Strong organizational ability, proactive execution, and excellent stakeholder communication.
