Role Description

This is a hybrid part-time position based in Singapore, with opportunities for remote work. The PMO Manager will oversee project management operations and standardization across the organization. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources for various projects, as well as developing processes to streamline project execution. The PMO Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with company objectives and monitor their progress to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project and Program Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Relevant experience in technology, data science, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a similar field (preferred but not mandatory)
