Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, where some remote working is supported. As the PMO Manager, you will oversee and manage programs and projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with organisational objectives. You will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring project progress, managing project budgets, and resolving issues to ensure seamless execution. The role also involves fostering communication across teams, reporting on project milestones, and implementing best practices in program and project management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects successfully
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Analytical Skills, with the ability to monitor financial aspects and assess project data effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels and present project updates clearly
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
