Responsibilities
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Job Responsibilities: -Responsible for Global Payment project end-to-end lifecycle management, including project planning and prioritization, kick-off, execution, testing, go-live, etc. Work closely with business, product, tech and related functional teams to ensure project delivery on time with high quality -Responsible for project progress monitoring and reporting, providing Global Payment management team an accurate view on business and project progress, risks and issues, keeping all stakeholders updated and properly manage escalation protocol -Take ownership of problem-solving to push projects on and ensure delivery on schedule -Responsible for project and related product/tech domain workflow and SOP optimization, project management tool optimization establish and operate management delivery and efficiency dashboard with key metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): -Bachelor's degree or equivalent -3+ years of experience in the payment or financial industry, fintech or internet company with product & tech project management and/or project implementation experience, payment industry related PMO experience are preferred -Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum -Familiar with trendy project management tools -Great communication/negotiation skills, coordination skills and strong leadership Preferred Qualification(s): -Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, optimistic and strong-minded
