Job Responsibilities

Prepare Executive Level Presentations:

  • Design, format and deliver clear, concise and visually compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Translate complex IT project updates, KPIs, risks, and milestones into easy-to-understand visuals and narratives

Support Project Managers:


  • Assist IT Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate project communication.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Support risk and issue management by maintaining logs and tracking resolutions.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.

Job Requirements


Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management within Big Organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication management with various stakeholders

Preferred Geographical Areas


Exposure to Asia Pacific markets is highly desirable.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
    • Experience / Certification in various Infrastructure Domains and Technologies, Infrastructure Security, Cloud & Automation are beneficial

  • Key Skills:
    • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
    • Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle, and technical terminology.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
