Job description:
PurposeWe are looking for a motivated Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of innovative prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives within our Innovation Team.
This role will primarily support hardware related project coordination, including sourcing components, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating manufacturing timelines for prototype and operational builds. The Associate Project Manager will also work closely with Product Managers and developers across the team, gaining exposure to software development workflows and project management practices.

Key MissionsKey Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of innovation projects and prototype development activities.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating workstreams between developers, product & software leads as well as external partners.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and task tracking.
- Assist with logistics related to prototype builds, testing, and demonstrations.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks required to keep projects moving forward.
Hardware procurement & vendor coordination - Source and procure hardware components required for development.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, manage orders, and track delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with manufacturers or fabrication partners to support builds.
- Ensure critical components are available for development and testing.
Exposure to software project management- Work alongside Product Managers to gain exposure to software development lifecycle and Agile practices.
- Learn project management practices used in delivering digital products and services.
- Support coordination activities related to software development initiatives
Profile & Other InformationRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, engineering support, operations, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a problem solving mindset
- Curious and eager to learn across both hardware and software domains
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.

- Experience working with hardware components, electronics, or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to vendor management, procurement, or supply coordination
- Familiarity with project management or task tracking tools (e.g., Jira & Confluence)
