Job Summary: The Project Management Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing scaffolding projects from start to completion. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, manages project timelines, controls budgets, prepares documentation, and supervises project teams to ensure scaffolding works are completed efficiently, safely, and to required standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and oversee scaffolding projects according to scope, specifications, and client requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, WSH officers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material procurement timelines. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (MOM, WSH, BCA) and project safety standards. Oversee the installation, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments before and during project execution. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues. Manage project costs, budgeting, and invoicing ensuring profitability targets are met. Maintain accurate documentation including method statements, lifting plans, permits, daily reports, and project records. Lead and supervise site supervisors, scaffold team leaders (chargemen), and workers. Ensure scaffolders hold valid certifications and training as per regulatory requirements (e.g., Basic/Advanced Scaffolding, Safety Orientation). Resolve project-related problems and provide technical support when required. Facilitate quality control checks to ensure scaffolding structures meet structural stability and design specifications. Attend client meetings, safety meetings, and site coordination sessions. Drive continuous improvement and enforce safety culture across all scaffolding operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in scaffolding or construction project management. Strong understanding of scaffolding systems (e.g., Tubular, Modular, System Scaffold). Knowledge of Singapore regulations (MOM Workplace Safety, BCA Guidelines, Risk Management). Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple project sites concurrently.
