Work directly with operational staff and field workers to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Provide on-site support during project implementation, including extended hours or flexible working times when project deadlines demand.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, feasibility studies, budgeting summaries, and risk assessments for management review.
Liaise with overseas vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
Support stakeholder engagement and community alignment initiatives, ensuring projects respect local cultural and business practices.
Travel overseas when required to monitor, coordinate, and implement project activities.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Cultural Studies, Communications, International Relations, Business, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of regional cultural and market practices is an advantage.
Comfortable working beyond standard office hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
Able to work directly with operational staff and field workers in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical, project coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work independently under supervision.
Willingness to travel overseas when required.
