• Expertise in Program Management and the ability to lead and coordinate initiatives
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability to support decision-making and strategy development
• Outstanding Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and teamwork
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and ability to align programs with organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a strategic or project-based role is an advantage
