Key Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities for Core Banking programs, including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Work closely with business and technology teams across core banking domains.
• Drive project coordination, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Support program delivery, timelines, resource planning, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and delivery milestones.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

Candidate must have experience in

at least 2 Core Banking domains:

• CASA
• Payments
• Trade Finance
• Lending

Required Skills

• Strong PMO / Project coordination experience (5+ years)
• Core banking domain experience 5+ years
• Experience working with banking transformation / core banking implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Good exposure to Excel, dashboards, project tracking tools
