Key Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities for Core Banking projects including planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate between business teams, IT teams, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project governance processes.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 5 years of PMO / Project Coordination experience.
• Exposure to Core Banking domain with knowledge of at least one product area:
• CASA
• Payments
• Trade Finance
• Lending
• Experience in project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

Experience working in banking or financial services projects.

Exposure to core banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle, T24, Flexcube, etc.).
