Project Logistics Manager
Our client, a logistics service provider in the project logistics segment is seeking to fill the following role-
Role Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end logistics projects, including heavy lift, breakbulk, and complex international shipments. Acts as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics projects from quotation to final delivery
- Plan and coordinate transport via sea, air, and land
- Liaise with customers, carriers, agents, ports, and vendors
- Monitor schedules, costs, and risks resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with customs, HSE, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and cost summaries
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
- Strong knowledge of international transport and project cargo
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Customer and stakeholder management exposures
- Strong Cost control and documentation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel when required.
