Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning (scope, timelines, resources) and oversee end-to-end delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute multiple projects effectively
- Track progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives
- Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including escalations
- Implement risk mitigation and continuous process optimization initiatives
- Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct project reviews and report insights to leadership
- Identify growth opportunities and drive new initiatives
- Lead and develop large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Any other duties/projects assigned from time to time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or a relevant technical discipline
- Background in Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven productivity tools
- Experience using data to drive decision-making
