We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This confidential programme involves the replacement of a legacy enterprise platform supporting multiple end-to-end business processes.
The role spans complex system integrations across the broader technology ecosystem, including customer-facing platforms, enterprise data environments, financial systems, and data migration activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programme, ensuring alignment to agreed objectives, priorities, and governance standards.
- Shape and maintain an integrated delivery roadmap across business and technology domains, balancing scope, timelines, interdependencies, and risk.
- Act as the primary coordination point across senior stakeholders, workstream leads, and delivery partners, facilitating decision-making and issue resolution.
- Establish and oversee programme governance, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Synthesize inputs from multiple workstreams into concise, executive-level updates, highlighting progress, dependencies, and material risks.
- Proactively identify delivery, resourcing, and dependency risks, and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee resource planning and capacity considerations to support programme continuity.
- Foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and technology outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programmes or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including system integrations, data flows, and downstream dependencies.
- Proven capability to engage, influence, and communicate with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working within structured governance frameworks, with the ability to exercise sound judgement in complex delivery environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery approaches, applying elements of both predictive and adaptive methodologies where appropriate.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in producing executive-level materials.
