Coordinate with student services, discipline, academic, and hostel staff to manage attendance, discipline, and counselling matters, including liaising with external counsellors when needed.
Provide regular support and guidance to students on academic issues, course transfers, personal concerns, and overall well-being.
Communicate with parents through face-to-face meetings or digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, Zoom) to update them on students progress in school and hostel.
Prepare counselling reports, analyze feedback, and provide evaluations to improve student support services.
Assist the Form Teacher department with documentation, reporting, and any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a Singapore local university, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Experience in counselling students or tuition experience are accepted.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (professionally in listening, speaking, reading and writing), the reason is because majority of our students are from Mainland China and you will need to communicate with their parents who may be monolingual in Mandarin only.
