Project Finance Specialist (Cash Flow Modelling)

Responsibilities:

• Structure, assess, and implement financing strategies, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, to support business and project objectives.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial proposals, presentations, and documentation required for internal approvals, investor discussions, and negotiations.
• Develop, refine, and analyse cash flow and financial models; summarise key insights for management reporting and partner negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with business development and project teams across Asia to provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Engage and negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal funding solutions.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to strengthen overall project and corporate financial resilience.
• Coordinate with external advisors and consultants to ensure financial structures and transactions are compliant, viable, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Finance role.
• Work experience in the energy sector or related field will be desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company.
• Capable of working independently and persevering.
