Project Finance Lawyer (4-7 PQE)

Our client is a leading international law firm who are looking to hire a Project Finance Senior Associate for their Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team. They advise sponsors, borrowers, governments, and construction companies on their financing transactions across the industry, including transport, power generation, networks, etc. They work on market-leading transactions across APAC, both in terms of size and complexity. The team is collegiate and work well together, in an intellectually rigorous environment. In addition to being able to indepdently work on day-to-day files, you will also help to mentor junior associates.

Requirements:

• Excellent academics
• Singapore, UK or Australia qualified, 4-7 PQE
• Strong track record with Project/Infrastructure Finance transactions and a good understanding of the E&I industry
• Ideally, you come from a peer international law firm
• Ability to demonstrate a clear interest in the sector, with strong technical knowledge
• Clear communication skills and attention to details. S
• Strong commercial sense and accumen
