Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end project management cycle in Japan, develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources requirements
Identify project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage their expectations throughout the project
Lead and manage the project team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to ensure successful project execution
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
Create and manage the project budget, track project expenses, and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget
Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that change requests are properly evaluated and implemented
Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelors degree in related fields, such as logistics, supply chain management, or engineering
3+ years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing projects
Possession of a recognized project management certification, such as PMP is highly advantage
With knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
Fluent in Japanese with good spoken and written Japanese and Mandarin languages
