Job Summary
You will manage claims and invoicing processes by compiling site records, following up on progress claims, and tabulating data for submission, applying your construction knowledge to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Responsibilities
- Compile and organize site records to support claims and invoicing submissions
- Follow up on progress claims to ensure timely processing and resolution
- Tabulate and prepare data accurately for submission related to claims
- Apply construction knowledge to verify and validate claims and invoicing details
- Manage workload independently and meet deadlines under pressure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims and invoicing
- Knowledge of progress claims and construction industry practices
- Minimum O levels or equivalent educational qualification
