The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage (TNRM) Project Executive.
As the Project Executive, you will facilitate the smooth daily operations of a large-scale dog sterilisation project, promote high standards of animal welfare and provide excellent service to our clients. You will be well placed to make a difference for the animals by working on an impactful humane population management project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meticulously prepare and maintain accounts and records, and regular reports (liaising with clinic for sterilisation and treatment invoicing)
- Collating data from SPCA, AVS and animal welfare groups for in-house analysis and generation of graphs and table for presentations
- Recording minutes for all meetings
- Checking and verification of documentation
- Management of vendors and contractors
- Achieve all project targets consistently and deliver high quality services to all clients
- Assist with the deployment of resources and ensure day to day operations run smoothly
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimumof GCE A Level
- At least 2 years of working experiences in administrative or operations supportrole.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Mature and personable with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to workcollaboratively across all level.
- Passion for animal welfare
