Assist in the end-to-end project management of event.
Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain event documentation.
Support logistical planning including sourcing, set-up and on-site coordination.
Perform day-to-day administrative functions and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks.
Attend site visits and supervise event set-up, operations and teardown.
Execute marketing campaigns for events across digital, social, email and print platforms.
Develop marketing collaterals including but not limited to eDMs, social media content, digital brochures.
Support the creation of post-event reports, surveys, and campaign performance reviews.
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all communications.
Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities before, during and after events.
Ensure IT security SOPs set in place are complied by internally and by external vendors hired to service the event.
Maintain accurate records, contracts and supplier agreements.
Perform such other roles and duties as directed from time to time by the Director and Project Lead(s).
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events or related field.
1 year of experience in marketing preferably in events, exhibitions or marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Canva).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
