Responsible for general administrative and coordination support to the project team
Manage and maintain project related files, records, timesheets and claims
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, engineering fundamental and project outcome
Ability to work in a power generation environment
Capable of working in a tight schedule
Ability to multi-task
Being point of contact for various working groups
Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines
Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements
Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations
Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Words & Excel
Strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player
