Job Summary

Manage and coordinate site projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing risk analysis and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site project operations to ensure quality control and enforce project schedules for timely completion
• Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Apply and uphold project management best practices for client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resource planning, costing, and documentation
• Conduct risk analysis and monitor project progress, preparing detailed reports for clients and organizational stakeholders
