Project Executive

- Site visit and measurement upon confirmation/commencement of project

- To ensure documents in place before commencement of work

- To prepare risk assessment, method of statement and fall prevention plan when necessary before commencement of work

- To coordinate start work between contractor and customer

- To ensure material is in correct quantity before collection/delivery

- To ensure physical stock is tally with stock file

- To ensure workers obey safety rules and regulation during installation work

- To ensure time frame given by customer has met

- Picture taking upon completion of project
