Providing comprehensive administrative support to project managers and engineers, ensuring seamless coordination of all project-related tasks
Maintaining detailed project records, including timesheets, inventory, and correspondence
Assisting with the preparation of tender documents, presentations, and other documentation
Prepare invoice, quotation, delivery order, purchase order, & etc.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
A team player who can work collaboratively while also demonstrating initiative and independence
