Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end building and infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to completion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational continuity
- Oversee upgrading, maintenance, and enhancement works for building systems and infrastructure, including electrical works
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
- Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and statutory regulations
- Plan and execute works in a live operational environment, including shutdown planning and coordination where necessary
- Review technical drawings, project specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with operational and project requirements
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders
- Support contract administration, cost control, and variation management throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building performance, safety, and operational efficiency
