Role Overview
The Project Executive supports day-to-day project operations, from planning and coordination to site follow-ups and documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, in compliance with BCA requirements, and aligned with company standards. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage project activities, schedules, and communications
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Instruct and follow up with sub-contractors on material delivery and workmanship quality
Prepare project schedules, progress updates, reports, and documentation
Conduct site checks, arrange materials, and resolve site issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Project / Construction Management or related field from a BCA-recognised institution or equivalent
BCA certification will be an added advantage
Knowledge of quantity surveying is a plus
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or site-based roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and follow up closely
Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Familiar with basic safety practices and construction / project processes
