You will support our day-to-day project operations from planning, coordination, site follow-ups to documentation. This role ensures all work meets BCA requirements and runs smoothly between clients, suppliers, contractors, and our internal team.
- Coordinate all project activities and communication
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and our internal team
- Instruct sub-contractors on material delivery and ensure good workmanship
- Prepare schedules, progress updates, and project documentation
- Conduct site checks, arrange materials, and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed
- Diploma, Degree or Master's in Project/Construction Management or related field from a BCA-recognised institution
- Quantity surveying knowledge is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or site work
- Able to manage timelines, follow up closely, and stay organised
- Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Familiar with basic safety practices and project processes
