Project Executive (Interior fit-out)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
• Support Project Manager and site team in day-to-day operations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow
• Track project progress and update schedules accordingly
• Assist in procurement, material delivery, and inventory tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Attend site meetings and take minutes when required
• Handle submissions, permits, and authority documentation
• Support in resolving site issues and administrative matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
