Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Project Executive to support interior fit-out projects from coordination to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth site execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and schedules
- Monitor site progress and workmanship quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Assist in managing project timelines, procurement processes, and cost tracking to support on-time, on-budget delivery
- Prepare accurate site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholder communication
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain smooth project execution and minimize delays
- Communicate clearly with design and site teams to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to support project execution
- Basic understanding of construction processes including carpentry, ceiling works, and mechanical & electrical systems
- Team player
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Demonstrated responsibility and proactivity in project environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset applied to site and coordination challenges
- Detail-oriented approach with awareness of quality control standards
- Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
