Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Executive to support and oversee the delivery of task-based outsourcing and business process operations for multiple clients. The role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring project performance, supporting workforce deployment, and ensuring accurate reporting, billing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Task-Based Outsourcing & Project Support
- Oversee and manage daily operations of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with client requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices for projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Coordinate work allocation and task scheduling for project staff.
- Assist in staff onboarding and training to ensure role readiness and adherence to client requirements.
- Monitor project performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
2. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support
- Supervise administrative and operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for efficiency and productivity.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues.
3. Workforce, Vendor & Talent Support
- Conduct resource planning and assist with manpower deployment.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of project staff.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors to secure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Drive initiatives to maintain employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain safety protocols, conduct training, and monitor adherence.
- Prepare and analyse reports on KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key vendors.

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in project coordination, business process outsourcing, or administrative support.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent people and communication skills with strong work ethics and discipline.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, SME environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Possession of CEI/ knowledge of employment laws and guidelines advantageous.
