Project Executive / Engineer (Interior Fit-out, Exhibition, Events)

Salary: up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance/Claims
Work Location: East (near EXPO & Xilin MRT Station)
Work Days: 5.5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30am to 1pm)

Responsibilities:
. Coordinate activities across different stakeholders and departments.
. Communicate and liaise with clients, partners, and team members to ensure smooth progress.
. Understand and align with client requirements and expectations.
. Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met.
. Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site team to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:
. Diploma holders in any discipline
. At least 2 years of experience in planning, coordination and supervision of interior fit-out or renovation projects
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels
. Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
. Background in Interior Design or Architecture will be an advantage
