Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Support project team in execution and coordination for all tasks in relation to renovation projects, as assigned.
• Assist to liaise with vendors/contractors, designers and consultants.
• Support project team in managing vendors and suppliers by following up on tasks, managing project schedules and communicating expected deliverables.
• Assist to track and report on site progress.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of project management and/or related experience
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, vendors and contractors
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
