We are looking for a committed and competent professional who can work independently to join us for the following position.
Project Executive (Events & Exhibitions)
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs and Tenders
- Plan and manage overall project scheduling
- Work with designers and different teams to understand and deliver on the project goals
- Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
- Site management and attend or conduct site meetings
- Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning and handover
- Maintain quality control and manage sub-contractors and suppliers
- Manage project budget & cost control
- Identify critical path, foresee potential problems and propose relevant solutions
- Understand resource requirements and allocate responsibilities
- Administer routine management reporting & updates Requirements:
- Atleast 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management within Events/Exhibition Industry
- Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M&E preferred.
- Meticulous, good planning and coordination
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
- Being pro-active and receptive to changes
Skills:
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and able to oversee daily execution of a project
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office application
- Project and cost management
- Strong interpersonal, communication and copywriting
- Quality control
- Conflict-management and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in the interior / exhibition industry (Bonus)
- Knowledge of PMP and AutoCAD would be useful
