Project Executive

• Manage end-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues and prepare project status reports
• Oversee after-sales service, customer enquiries, technical issues and preventive maintenance programmes
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service support
• Monitor service performance, identify process improvements and implement cost-saving measures
• Manage product quality assurance, ISO certification requirements and internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related discipline
• Min 2 years experience in project management within the M&E Sector
• Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
• Working Hours: Ubi
• Comfortable with travelling around project sites
• Salary: Up to $4500
• 6 months Project, subject to extension/conversion)
