Job Description
Provide professional consultation to clients for both E-commerce and non E-commerce web development projects.
Conduct meetings with client, and internal team members, to gather and propose insightful ideas that meets the overall clients objective in developing a website that represents their brand and business.
Responsible for providing support and advising clients on any enhancements to the web projects.
Act as the main point-of-contact between clients and internal technical team (web designers & web developers) to meet clients requirements.
Maintain a Website task lists and make sure its items are accomplished in a timely manner.
Communicate with Project Manager, Development Teams and other Department on a regular basis, ensuring tasks are prioritized, organized and scheduled.
Responsible for providing timely updates on status and progress of web projects
Assists with Quality Assurance testing of websites.
3 years of working experience in project management, client-facing roles, events management
Knowledge of websites and E-commerce websites
Creative in proposing ideas to the team to exceed client expectations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.
Possess an eye for details.
