Reporting to the Director, Social Healthcare, the Project Executive coordinates with the Active Ageing Centres and vendors to support the smooth execution of workshops, ensuring logistics and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Workshop Scheduling & Coordination
. Liaise with vendors and AAC staff to schedule workshops.
. Ensure timely communication and updates.
. Work with AAC staff to ensure that trained seniors can conduct mininum 2 hands-on session at centres (one with youth and another with fellow seniors)
Logistics Management
. Arrange and confirm transport (e.g. bus bookings) and refreshments.
. Ensure timely purchase and delivery.
Attendance & Evaluation Tracking
. Adhere to planned budget allocated to the Centre. Ensure proper documentation of finance-related transactions
Administrative Support
. Maintain records, prepare simple reports, and support project documentation.
Other Duties As Assigned
. Support ad-hoc tasks related to the project such as identifying seniors to be train-the-trainer with AAC staff for future interest groups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent Diploma is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, quick thinking, adaptable and responsive to change
- Experience in event coordination or community programmes is an advantage
