Project Executive (Design / Events & Exhibitions)

• Position: Project Coordinator

• Location: Sims Close

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Design Agency

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution

• Read and interpret technical drawings, and translate them into fabrication/production requirements

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and sales to manage requirements and timelines

• Source props, materials, and finishes to meet design and project needs

• Prepare project documents such as schedules, reports, quotations, and meeting notes

• Support on-site supervision during set-ups, dismantling, and installations when required

• Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in project coordination (interior, events, or exhibitions preferred)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support occasional weekend/late-night setups
