Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. Provide support in preparing project schedules, budgets, and quotations.
- Help coordinate layout plans, M&E plans, and visuals. Ensure that all project documentation is accurately prepared and submitted.Assist in arranging the submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize inspections of building work.
- Support in preparing costing reports and tracking project expenditures. Assist in managing the project budget to ensure financial control.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and Construction Leaders, to facilitate project execution. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality work.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting in addressing their needs and resolving any project-related issues. Gather client feedback and relay it to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections as required to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues that arise.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager or management to support project objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in interior design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and familiarity with building and safety regulations. Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent project, presentation, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
