Project Executive

Job Description

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Work closely with Software Developers and set project timelines and closely monitor the project deliverables.
• Constantly update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Manage expectations and conflict resolution among project stakeholders, steering committee, project team, and any other relevant parties.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee and manage project team to ensure all projects completed successfully and adheres to the deadlines.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Delivers completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products performance.
• Work on new and current projects with client(s) who are mainly from the financial services sector.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and software development.
• Ability to organize complex web application projects and establish priorities consistent with objectives.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work long hours when necessary.
• Must be deadline-driven and goal-oriented.
• Good leadership, decision-making, communication and organization skills.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
• PMP Certification is a bonus.
