End-to-End Project Execution
.Play a hands-on role in the planning and on-site execution of high-impact corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
.Great at timeline delivery by coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
.Source top-tier vendors, manage cost comparisons, and track project budgets to ensure financial health and reconciliation.
Marketing & Brand Impact
.Help deploy marketing initiatives and social media content that drive engagement and visibility.
.Ensure touchpoints from physical signage to digital decks stays consistent and on-brand.
Operational Excellence
.Cross-Functional Collaboration with Design, Sales, and Project Management teams to deliver a unified product.
.Contribute to ongoing Process Improvement by sharpening our workflows to elevate the client experience.
Requirements
.Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Fresh grads are welcome up to 2 years of experience is a plus.
.A natural communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
.The ability to stay organized and decisive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
.A basic grasp of budgeting or cost tracking is a distinct advantage.
.Proactive, detail-obsessed, and hungry to learn the ins and outs of the event industry
