Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for digital systems enquiries, informatics workflows, and enhancement requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and enterprise IT teams on system changes, updates, and workplans
- Support system implementation, user discussions, workflow optimisation, testing, and change management
- Assist in requirements gathering and coordination of digital/informatics solutions
- Provide project coordination support including planning, scheduling, meeting organisation, and tracking of action items
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation (e.g. project plans, risk registers, reports)
- Support management and documentation of operational datasets for reporting, service planning, and quality improvement
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper documentation of data workflows and governance practices
- Support cross-institution and multi-stakeholder digital healthcare initiatives
- Assist in quality assurance, process improvement, and system/workflow optimisation
- Act as liaison between clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Engineering, Health Informatics or related
- 2 to 3 years of project management or programme coordination experience, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or informatics environments
- Experience in supporting system implementations, digital systems, IT projects, or data-related initiatives
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Agile
Good to Have:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience working with healthcare digital systems, enterprise IT platforms, or informatics initiatives
- Understanding of data governance or system integration
