Project Executive

At Adventurers Singapore, we believe in perfectly planned and meticulously detailed event experiences. We are currently looking for an executive who possesses creativity and zest to create conceptual events to intrigue our clients interest.

The role demands a competence in all aspects of event planning and management, including thematic conceptualisation, budget containment, venue scouting, a keen knowledge in equipment and logistics and a wealth of best practices.

Here are our requirements:

. Possesses minimally a diploma in Event Management, Business Management, or related disciplines.

. Proficient in software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

. Able to provide creative concepts for event look and feel, event programming etc.

. Should be time orientated and able to meet deadlines.

. Able to multitask whilst being detail oriented.

. Eager to learn for we are all creatures of knowledge.

. Loves being part of a team.

. Fluent in English.

It will be an advantage if the applicant is:

. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD

. Bilingual
