Project Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented individual to support the planning and end-to-end implementation for the unmanned machines project under Workstation, in the area of activating transit network spaces through unmanned machine placements. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams within SMRT Group to ensure that projects are aligned to business objectives and delivered in a timely manner.

As we are growing a new business vertical in asset / space management for unmanned machines, there will also be opportunities to source and engage with potential external partners and vendors.

This is a role is ideal for individuals who embrace change and want to help shape the future of work. The individual will be actively guided by the Workstation project manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning, Coordination and Execution (Unmanned Machines)
. Support end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution
. Support on-ground site walks for space activation, working
with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues identified
. Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure
smooth implementation
. Prepare project meeting materials and schedule

2. Monitoring and Reporting
. Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
. Maintain proper project documentation and shared resources
(e.g., trackers)
. Support in preparing project status updates for reporting purposes

3. Operations Support
. Working with functional teams to support with procurement,
operations, or contractual processes where required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field
• Recognised project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be advantageous
• Preferably 4- 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or partnerships - ideally in unmanned machines and retail operations is preferred.
• Demonstrate good understanding of project planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
• Conscientious, responsible and able to follow-through
• Able to work with data sets, excel and other project management tools
