Project Manager - Experiential Events (AdrenalinX)
Singapore | Full-time| Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Our team works with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate partners across Singapore to produce events and engagements that people actually remember. From large-scale public activations to high-touch corporate experiences, our work sits at the intersection of creative thinking and precise execution.

We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys owning the full journey. Someone who can translate ideas into execution, manage client relationships confidently, and keep projects moving with clarity.

What You'll Own
You will lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring both creative vision and operational execution are delivered successfully.

This role combines client management, project leadership, and operational ownership.

You will:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project
• Translate briefs into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate across creative and production teams to ensure alignment
• Oversee operational planning including logistics, vendor coordination, and event setup requirements
• Manage budgets, scope, and commercial considerations across projects
• Ensure smooth execution across live, hybrid, or digital experiences
• Identify ways to improve project workflows and operational processes
• Support junior team members and contribute to stronger team delivery

Who Thrives in This Role

You likely:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in project management, events, or agency environments
• Are comfortable managing clients and multiple stakeholders
• Can balance big-picture thinking with operational detail
• Communicate clearly and keep teams aligned
• Are organised and commercially aware when managing budgets and scope
• Are open to exploring new tools or AI to improve project workflows

Experience in live events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or hybrid productions will be an advantage.
