Main contractor for LTA project seeking for the above position:-

Jobs & Duties:-
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Responsible to ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & budget.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Supervise the sub contractors work on site
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required]
- Problems solving
- Make sure the site work is on schedule.
- Coordination work with authorities, clients & QP
Requirement:-
- Minimum Degree Holder in Civil Engineering (Recognized by PE Board)
- Minimum 8 years and above experience
- Able to work as a team
- Organization/problems solving skills
