Responsibilities

Lead project management activities in the structural steel construction industry to ensure timely and quality delivery
Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors and clients to communicate project progress, manage claim submissions, and oversee payment certifications
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and wastage to optimize resource utilization and control costs
Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements to maintain site safety and regulatory adherence
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for easy reference and audit purposes
Monitor and control safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes and mitigate potential issues
