Project Engineer (Tender)

Job Description

• Review and analyze tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, QS) for technical and cost input.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and construction methodologies.
• Identify project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for tender clarifications.
• Attend tender interviews, meetings, and site visits.
• Communicate tender requirements and updates to the relevant project team members.
• Prepare and organize complete tender submissions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with client requirements.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Good attitude and communication skills.
• Willing to multi-task.
• 6 working days per week.
• Location: Tampines.
